All business premises must comply with local building regulations when it comes to exit doors.

The door CAN NOT have any deadlocks, and the door must be openable from inside at all times with 1 single action. Essentially, you can have as many locks as you want, but they all need to unlock together with only 1 operation. This usually means a huge compromise in security in order to comply.

With the 3-point locking system from ADI, you can hugely increase your security and still comply with building regs. The system uses bolts that lock into the side and top of the door frame as well as a third that locks directly into the buildings concrete slab. Each bolt is 12.5mm in diameter and extends 28mm.

They are available with or without an external cylinder which can be used to enter and exit the premises. Coupled with a restricted cylinder and anti-picking pins, this lock is a proven security upgrade.
